David Krejci is expected to retire from hockey at some point this off-season. He will be ending a successful 16-season career. He is one of the best Boston Bruins of his generation both in the regular season and playoffs

Krejci Retires A Bruins Legend

David Krejci came to an original six-team and was able to leave a mark on the franchise that will not soon be forgotten.
He spent 16 total seasons with the Bruins playing 1,032 regular-season games. In those 1,000-plus games, he tallied 786 points.
In the playoffs is where Krejci made his biggest impact. In 160 playoff games, he finished with 128 points. In the Bruins 2011 and 2013 playoff runs Krejci finished as the teams leading scorer.

For Club And Country

Krejci not only is a Boston legend but a legend in Czechia as well. He played in three Olympic Games tallying 10 points in 14 total games. In the World Championships Krejci captured several medals and had a total of 25 points in 30 games.
Per an NHL source, longtime #NHLBruins center David Krejci will announce his retirement from the NHL and hockey in general 'very soon' but could still represent Czechia in the 2024 World Championships. - @MurphysLaw74
Rumors are circulating that Krejci may be done with professional hockey but would like to potentially represent Czechia at one more World Championship before hanging up the skates for good.
