The Pittsburgh Penguins organization announced that they've completed a trade with the Chicago Blackhawks today.

Penguins Send Young Forward to Chicago

The Penguins officially traded Rem Pitlick to the Blackhawks in return of a conditional seventh-round pick at the 2026 draft.
"The Penguins have acquired a conditional seventh-round draft pick in the 2026 NHL Draft from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for forward Rem Pitlick.

The acquisition of the pick gives the Penguins nine selections in the 2026 NHL Draft."
Acquired in the Erik Karlsson trade, Pitlick scored 24 points, including 8 goals in 32 games this season with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in the AHL.
