This Wednesday has been absolutely crazy in the hockey world!

The New Jersey Devils made a big move by acquiring all-star goaltender Jacob Markstrom from the Calgary Flames. Over in Dallas, the Stars traded away promising young player Ty Dellandrea to the San Jose Sharks, who also picked up Barclay Goodrow from the New York Rangers to save some salary cap space.
But that's not all—the blockbuster trade of the day saw star center Pierre-Luc Dubois heading to the Washington Capitals in exchange for goaltender Darcy Kuemper in a stunning one-for-one swap.
Now, reports are swirling about another potential trade brewing between the Ottawa Senators and Philadelphia Flyers. It seems they have the framework in place, though it might not happen until closer to next week's NHL Draft.
Believe the Ottawa Senators and Philadelphia Flyers have the framework of a trade in place as well, though this one may go closer to the Draft.
Rumor has it the deal involves Scott Laughton, a player Ottawa has been eyeing for several years, and Travis Konecny.
#LetsGoFlyers have been in talks with the #GoSensGo involving pieces, could be potential for Scott Laughton, Travis Konecny.

Not sure what this means exactly, could be for draft capital, or may involve multiple pieces. We will wait and see.

with great reporting today.
The news makes it appear Flyers GM Danny Briere is continuing to embracing the organization's rebuilding phase. There's buzz that they're eyeing the 7th overall pick, which suggests they're aiming to snag a top prospect to bolster their future lineup.
Hockey fans are definitely on the edge of their seats with all these moves happening in such a short span of time!
