Perry Causes Chaos With A Dirty Play
The Oilers came in to Anaheim last night where Perry got an opportunity to face his former team the Anaheim Ducks. Perry spent a significant portion of his career with the Ducks including winning a Stanley Cup.
Despite this connection to the Ducks franchise Perry continued to be the player he is known as. On a forecheck during the game Perry skated behind the net and slashed Ducks goaltender
John Gibson.
"There was a time we loved when he did stuff like this. 🤷♂️"
The Ducks poked fun at the incident with their caption on X. The Oilers would go on to win the game and Perry would further prove his worth to his new team.
As the season continues it will be interesting to see if Perry gets the opportunity to play this style of game against any of his other former squads.
