Berube has led the Blues behind the bench since replacing Mike Yeo in 2018, who were struggling to achieve success, before Berube shockingly took St. Louis from the bottom to the NHL playoffs, accumulating in a Stanley Cup Finals win in his first year.
Berube would go on to 3 more playoff appearance with the Blues before failing to make the playoffs for the first time coaching the team in 2023, finishing 12th in the Western Conference. St. Louis, who has a 13-14-1 record, is a single point out of the playoff race in the west behind the Arizona Coyotes.
Berube has a career 193-118-43 regular season record as an NHL Head Coach. Berube had been with the Blues since 2017, joining as an Assistant Coach. Berube was previously a Head Coach for 2 seasons between 2013-2015 with the Philadelphia Flyers.
As an NHL player, Berube played 1054 Games for 5 teams, ending up 7th all time in PIM with 3,149. Along with that, Berube also had 61 Goals, 98 Assists & 159 Points.
