As the Toronto Maple Leafs prepare for the off-season, reports suggest that one of their free agents players doesn't want to leave the team.
Holl Back in Toronto?
Under the watchful eyes of Toronto's big fan base, the defenseman Justin Holl has faced some negative comments. His play was questionnable at times and has been a problem for some Leafs' fans.
But, according to Brian Bartlett, Holl's agent, he isn't ready to say goodbye to his time in Toronto:
"He has really enjoyed his time in Toronto, loved the city and fans. The team was really good to him. It's not a 'get me out of here' situation at all."
Right now, the Leafs already have five defense players (Morgan Rielly, TJ Brodie, Jake McCabe, Timothy Liljegren, and Connor Timmins) who will stay for the next season. It also looks like Luke Schenn will stay.
So, the big question is this: Should Holl get another chance with the Leafs, or is it time for him to look for a better offer, maybe with more money, in a place that's ready to appreciate his skill?
