Brady Tkachuk was facing a one-game suspension after last night's game against the Buffalo Sabres but the Senators appealed it and there is now a verdict.
NHL Rescinds Tkachuk's Suspension
Last night Brady Tkachuk fought Alex Tuch in the final five minutes of the game and got an instigator penalty. By NHL rule, this is a one-game suspension.

However, the Senators appealed the ruling and we have now learned that Tkachuk will not be suspended.
The league has confirmed the suspension and fine have been rescinded. Tkachuk will be eligible to face the Islanders and Smith won't have to dig for $10,000 to pay a fine. #Sens
Tkachuk will now be eligible to play in the Senators' next game and the Senators head coach DJ Smith will avoid a five-figure fine.
