Some big news has emerged in the last few hours.

Former Fourth Overall Pick Signs in Italy

It was reported that Nikolai Zherdev, the 4th overall pick in 2003, signed with the second-tier Italian League team, HC Alleghe.
In 421 NHL games in Columbus, New York (Rangers), and Philadelphia, the forward scored 261 points, including 115 goals.
After only six years in the NHL, he joined the KHL and played there for 12 years.
Now, he's going back to hockey in Italy at 38 years old.
